Service Description

One on one session with a Licensed Health & Nutrition Counselor™ (LHNC™) to address health and diet related issues. Recommendations on diet, lifestyle and supplementation will be made with a plan to help you achieve your health goals. Price includes pre- consult time, session time and follow-up email. Sessions can be done in person, by phone, or via Skype. ** Please message me if you cannot find a suitable appt time online as I have spots available outside designated hours available **

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation. However, we recognize that not all of life's unexpected events come with advance notice. As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we'd be happy to rebook it for you. Our employees depend on you to respect their availability, please make every effort to arrive for your scheduled time. We reserve the option to administer a cancellation fee or a minimum of 20% fee to repeated last-minute cancellations. In addition, Imagine reserves the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice. Fees will be added to your bill. Thank you for respecting our staff.
