I'm a certified Health & Nutrition Counselor and Esthetician. Health & wellness is a huge passion of mine and I truly believe that taking care of ourselves should be an important part of each day.
God gave us one body & mind so we need to treat it kindly & fuel it mindfully!
I unfortunately had to say goodbye to the nutritional counselling part of my business due to our world of GLP-1's, free healthcare (low accountability), and high insurance costs.
Moving forward I will still be offering my beauty services, Club Detox (where you can find non-toxic versions of the products you are already using), high quality supplements & skincare - along with good advice : ) AND...
For those of you who know me well - I live in my kitchen and it's one of my favorite places to be! I have combined my nutritional training with my love for feeding people and have now added personal chef/meal planning services, luxury grazing boards and artisan baking to the menu!
Besides what I do, there's "who I am". I am a wife, mother of 4, daughter, sister, and friend. I'm an authentic, creative soul who loves people, walking my dogs, and spending quality time with my family.
