I'm a Licensed Health & Nutrition Counselor™ (LHNC™), who is continuing my education towards an advanced diploma in Holistic Health.
Health, wellness, and nutrition are a huge part of my life and I love helping people by educating them about nutrition, showing them how to improve their overall wellness, empowering them reach their weight loss goals and feel their best.

Besides what I do, there's "who I am". I am a wife, mother of 4, daughter, sister, friend & co-worker to somebody. I want health not only for myself, but for all the people I am "somebody" to, and you!
