Service Description

Health coaching program includes a specialized wellness plan created by a Licensed Health & Nutrition Counselor™ (LHNC™), and weekly check-ins. This plan will provide you with a plan suited to your needs and goals of achieving improved overall health/weight loss, along with accountability to help you stick to it!

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation. However, we recognize that not all of life's unexpected events come with advance notice. As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we'd be happy to rebook it for you. Our employees depend on you to respect their availability, please make every effort to arrive for your scheduled time. We reserve the option to administer a cancellation fee or a minimum of 20% fee to repeated last-minute cancellations. In addition, Imagine reserves the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice. Fees will be added to your bill. Thank you for respecting our staff.
